 -  Where is 100Hands based?

We are based out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our factory which is run by the family members is in the Northern part of India, a city called Amritsar which is famous for a Golden Temple (made out of real gold). For 165 years, our key family business has been in spinning and trading of yarns. Only in 2014 we ventured into Luxury Shirts and Jackets with one directional vision to make the BEST IN THE WORLD. 

 

- What are the Shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE when 2 shirts (or more) or just 1 Jacket is selected. So anything above EUR 500 / USD595 value involves free shipping. We use Fedex/DHL based on the location you are based. 

All orders which are In-Stock are sent out within 2 working days. Made to Order and Custom Orders timeline is shown based on the product and is usually 2-3 weeks from the order date.

- Are the duties and taxes included?

Yes. For United States, Canada, Australia, Europe (including United Kingdom), the product includes duty and taxes so you dont have to pay anything on the receipt of the product. 

For other countries, duties are not included in the price of orders and you may need to pay them based on the rules of the country. 

- Can I refund or exchange product?

100Hands accept refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Made to Order / Custom Made: We want to ensue we provide the best service so in case you are not happy with the fit of the product, we would be happy to provide free alteration or remake the whole product at our cost. 

- Which fit do I get if I order online?

We send Tailored Fit as default to United States, Canada and India. For all other regions, we send Slim Fit. In case you want a different fit (example: You are in United Kingdom and you want Tailored Fit instead of Slim Fit), just place the order and send us the order id on the mail info@100hands.nl and we will handle that for you. 

- How do I know what is my size? 

It is best to select the size you already wear from another brand. For reference, our size is similar to that of brands like Loro Piana, Zegna or Brunello Cucinelli. 

Alternatively, take your best fitting shirt, lay it flat on the table, and measure the chest (just under the armhole) and compare it to the closest size in our Size Chart. Every shirt or jacket has a View Size Chart link on the product page. Example: You measured chest as 23 inches so your comparison will be 23 * 2 = 46 inches as full circumference on the chest. 

 

- What is Made to Order service?

We believe in keeping the world sustainable and you normally dont need new clothes immediately but what you want is to get your size and style in the highest level of quality. So we try to make the product on request in standard size but often in style you want. We propose some styles online but if you wish to have different collar, please feel free to mail us at info@100hands.nl and we shall make that for you. This allows us to reduce waste from the mass production world and you get the best desired style / result. 

- Can I also provide my sizing (measurements) to have it Made to Measure?

Yes. we do thousands of shirts and jackets as Made to Measure / Bespoke. You can choose the option "Customise Size" and adjust all measurements in a very easy and interactive manner. For any questions, please feel free to mail us at info@100hands.nl

The process is easy and works very well.

Custom Made / Made to Measure, where we can do all sizing changes, is approximately +25% compared to standard size / Made to Order shirt or jacket prices.

- How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped.
