 -  Where is 100Hands based?

We are based out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands and our factory which is run by family members is in Northern part of India, a city called Amritsar which is famous for a Golden Temple (made out of real gold).

 

- What is Made to Order service?

We believe in keeping the world sustainable and you normally dont need new clothes immediately but what you want is to get your size and style in highest level of quality. So we try to make the product on request in standard size but often in style you want. We propose some styles online but if you wish to have different collar or front or cuff, please feel free to mail us at info@100hands.nl and we make that for you. This allows to reduce wastage from mass production in the world and you getting the best for yourself.

 

- Can I also provide my sizing (measurements) to have it Made to Measure?

Yes. we do thousands of shirts and jackets as Made to Measure / Bespoke. You can send us a mail at info@100hands.nl with the fabrics or shirts you like and we can guide you with a very easy process. 

 

- How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business day, please contact us at support@100hands.nl

  

- What are the Shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE when 2 shirts (or more) or just 1 Jacket is selected. So anything above EUR 500 value involves free shipping. We use Fedex/DHL/DPD based on the location you are based. 

 

All orders which are In-Stock are sent out within 2 working days. Made to Order and Custom Orders timeline is shown based on the product and is usually 3-4 weeks from the order date.

 

- Are the duties and taxes included?

Yes. For United States, Canada, Australia, Europe (including United Kingdom), the product includes duty and taxes so you dont have to pay anything on the receipt of the product. 

For other countries, duties are not included in the price of orders and you may need to pay them based on the rules of the country. 

 

- Can I refund or exchange product?

100Hands accept refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Made to Order / Custom: We want to ensue we provide the best service so in case you are not happy with the fit of the product, we would be happy to provide free alteration or remake the whole product at our cost.
